Robber Was Caught At NHIS Building In Lagos

It is as they say 'everyday for the thief and one day for the owner of the house'. This robber was caught in the act during an operation last night at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) building at 112 Obafemi Awolowo way, Ikeja, Lagos..
